Finnell & Smith Insurance Agency was founded in 1935 by Red Finnell in Barberton, Ohio.   Ron Smith took over the business in 1968 and focused on a building the agent client relationship.  Finnell & Smith was a full service insurance agency prior to joining Carriage Insurance Group and continues to operate out of the current location to better serve their existing clients.

Bill Landess worked along side Ron Smith in the Barberton office and has helped to grow the business with his knowledge of the markets and insurance carriers.  The company will grow well into the future and the partnerships created will continue to bring enhanced services and a higher lever of customer satisfaction to the clients of Finnell & Smith.
